Even if you have ALL of the above, a valuation means nothing if the buyer IS NOT wiliing to pay the price, look at this latest example.

Look at what it sold for; $1500.00

Personally,

I would have built this out and then sold it.

Or, I would have went to Ethiopia and found suppliers and started exporting to the USA, and then built it out.

But again, a Domain is ONLY worth what the market is willing to pay!

CuteStat is cute, but it does not provide on point MONETARY valuations; it 's suited for domain name information, not monetary valuations.
