[Help] How to get PDF's indexed by Google?

Hello everyone, I am new to BWH so cut me some slack if I am posting in the wrong section or something. I have recently got into CPA, so far I havent earned anything but the method I am trying is using edu sites to upload my pdf's which link to my CPA generator. You can see my PDF link here:

To index the page I have created some backlinks using these websites:

1upfun.com
Yet despite that according to ahrefs backlink checker: https://ahrefs.com/backlink-checker
my pdf does not have a single backlink and it is not indexed on Google. Thinking it was just a time thing I waited, it has now been about 2 and half hours and nothing. I checked guides and questions other people had on this forum to no avail so I decided to ask you guys directly, am I doing something wrong or do I just have to wait?

It is indexed, at least for me (tried both from my home PC and from remote server)

first time trying this method or did you have any luck using those sites to index? i see people using topfind88 as well and some index their links that way, but probably adding them to different similar sites.

It's a charged question. Are you talking about how to get the content of the pdf be crawled by google? Or you are talking about goolge indexing your pdf that you post on your website?

So e.g. are you talking about getting the content of bwh.pdf being crawled, or getting peter.com/bwh.pdf getting indexed by google?

For the former, the short answer is NO, google can't open the pdf and crawl the content. You can put in the meta keyword and meta head tags, and meta description that talks about the pdf, and on the page that the pdf is on to talk about it.

On the later, yes it's very easy to get google to index your pdf. Go to google search console, click on second button the left, the name is called "url inspection". You click it, and then click ask google to index. The page will be crawled, and indexed instantly. You could also put all the links on an index, called sitemap.xml, and use a buffer such as a blogspot, and you post all the links you want to index as a blogspot post, and then submit your blogspot sitemap.xml for google to crawl.

Another way is to put it on one of the google properties, e.g. a google docs and put it in your google drive. Google will open all their properties and crawl the content EVEN IF YOU have never published the document. If it's google, yes they will crawl it, usually once every few hours.

Thanks for your reply! To use google search console you first have to confirm that the site is yours, can this be any website or does it have to be the site that the pdf is hosted on?

I'm confused, in your first message you said that that was your pdf link (and I see it in Google)
