To be honest I think you will be better learning programming by yourself and create it on your own.
I had only bad sellers on fiver.
Maybe you should try like python torrrent movies . keywords related to this topic.l

I guarantee that there's no scraping being done to provide this functionality. Most likely it's OMDb-API + TMDb-API + eztv.re & yts.mx download/upload. I guess they mention this being a scraped data offering to avoid some DMCA claims but that's not gonna work. Still need an offshore server & dmca ignorant domain registrar.

where do you think they upload the videos/host speed is not bad at all + the video is quality can't be HLS Bandwidth will rip them of unless its dedicated server. one of their video link player was like storage.google.com maybe google cloud

download and upload will take time and a lot of energy maybe they are auto API here
