I want build PBN in 1 host(reseller hosting),

If create PBN in 1 host (reseller hosting) is bad?

you can go with 5-10 domains using different Cloudflare accounts for each one of them,
for a higher number, it's better to get a VPS & unique IP for each of the PBN websites

Hosting could be an issue if your PBNs look-alike, using the same themes, menus, linking to the same sites the same way... etc you get the idea.

As @hideath suggested, make sure to use different Cloudflare if you can't afford at this time hosting them on different companies which I would suggest doing.

try to use a hoster that gives you multiple IPs instead of just relying on cloudflare.

Be careful about patterns in your PBN network. Google is so smart at finding them. same IPs, theme and ...

if you can try to have your PBNs hosted in the same country that you want to get ranked for...

You can use cloudflare, but remember it is not enough to use the default settings in cloudflare to hide. You have to remove all the records from CL settings - except the A records.

apart from all above footprint mentioned.
You will leave a huge security hole

if PBNs are not maintained properly ( updating themes, plugins etc ) In case one of your site is hacked ( Common with wordpress ) , you will have your entire network compromised.

(This happened with few of our clients )

Remember, cheap solutions always cost more in the long term.

its better to choose pbn hosting or just use different hosting.

mostly prefer unique Hosting with different unique IP. So that you have only minimal digital footprints and less spam score.

Why need to use different cloudflare accounts for each domain? other than use one cloudflare account for all domains?
