Apps or services for automating only 1 profile

I just want to automate 1 profile for likes and maybe Comments. I'm currently using Flock Social and getting maybe 2-6 followers a day, it's an OK service but they don't like or comment for you and I need more real likes and engagement as opposed to more followers.
I looked into Ampfluence but it seems overpriced and they only have 1 review on Trust Pilot which is really sketchy.

You can try Jv but to be honest, for 1 account it's not really worth the trouble...you're best just doing it manually when you have the time

1 account can easily be grown manually, no need to put your account at risk using a bot as instagram is very strict now a days if you use a bot.

I would recommend manual growth but it heavily depends on the time you have available. Not many people can sit on there phone and do manually growth because it can get time consuming sometimes. I would recommend finding a good Instagram bot to help automate those simple tasks. I run my account and I do 300-500 likes per day easily and get good results.

Manually growing my engagement would be the best option but I'm not going to like 60 posts per hour because that would become a full time job when I should be focusing on creating content.

I have roughly 30k followers so im not going to risk using a bot even with a good mobile proxy.

I've done some research and some good options I found were Emiiko and Social Buddy judging by their reviews on TrustPilot and using common sense to differentiate fake reviews from real ones.

I'm waiting to hear back from them and see if they can meet my specific needs and will update my experience with which one I decide to use.

If it's a single account, managing it yourself is the best but it can get tedious so you can also hire a VA from a trusted source and guide him with the actions.
Or if using automation, be extremely careful about the limits as it can be dangerous if you don't keep it under the radar.

If you're going to run only a single account and not expand in the long run, you could just hire a VA to do the actions for you. Paying for automation tools is worthwhile if you're running multiple accounts together. If you need real likes and engagements, you've got to start with some baseline engagements as well - and this is where automation tools like Jarvee or Socinator comes in (you're basically making other accounts run by you like posts of a main account run by you as well).
