Create some page in a wordpress (dot) com, or in blogspt, tumblr, weebly, etc (are not be sure tumblr is still working), and them you can buy a tons of links (GSA, for example) and delivery to that site, as a tier 2, but there are a domains that never will have a problem with a tons of links.
