I confirmed that my domain was previously used for Chinese spam sites [5~6 years ago] and also for porn sites [3~4 years ago].
But my site is index in Google...
I don't know why bing webmaster not index my website...

I tried these things.
1. Add sitemap.
2. Optimze SEO likes canonical, meta tags.
3. Some link building [very little].
4. Refer to Bing Webmaster Guidelines.
5. URL Inspection [but some error].

Search Bing for "site:mydomain" and nothing show.
"There are no results for site:mydomain"

Did the domain change hands between the 5-6 years?

Did the domain change hands between the 5-6 years?

Search by archive.org
2013.07 < First appear
2018.01 < Porn site

And search by baidu (moz.com)
Something like subdomain spam appear < 2016~2017 (Not exact)

And I bought domain in 2020.03.~~

-- P.S.
I was mistaken.
It was a bad link building(?) with spam.

Could be a cause of spam score, reduce spam score by removing spam links and get quality backlinks for your website.

There has been no "A record" of the subdomain since the domain bought.
Is it the same as removing spam links?

do you publish too much content? Do you have lots of low-quality pages? I had the issue with many customers and we fixed it by removing or put many low-quality pages to no index as well as improve the overall quality of pages.

My website is composed of less than 50 pages.
The SEO test says the number of letters is not enough.
But I don't think this is why Bing can't index at all.

You answered your own thread; domain was used for spam.

You ought to do proper research on domains of interest before grabbing them. Hopefully, the domain name is good at least.

You could try reaching out to Bing about it, or just wait.

Fortunately, domain name is good.

Let me ask Bing Webmaster. From the link below

Bing has been deindexing a lot of websites recently,
not worth the shot to try to get the website back for me

That error also pops up if you've got bad bread crumbs or duplicate content (if you recently redirect an internal URL for example, or your category pages are being indexed). You can always contact Bing support and have them reevaluate the website if it is due to Chinese spam. I had to do that with one of mine.

Edit: You might not need to do anything btw, bing tends to resolve these issues themselves and your website will just appear one day. I have a domain I'm still waiting on to kick in. As long as you keep adding content and pinging bing with it, even if they don't accept it right away, you will eventually be indexed.

Thank you for answer.
I am sure there are no false redirection or duplicated content (because website is small pages).
I submitted the form to Bing and currently waiting for reply.
If I get a reply, I will write a reply on this thread.

I received an e-mail saying that we are taking action in Bing, but I don't know when it will be applied, so I am telling you the news first.
I hope this will solve spam, but it seems unlikely.

The inspected URL has been indexed successfully but there are some issues which might prevent us from serving it to our users. Please contact Bing Webmaster support for more details.

I contacted them and got link to guidelines but they won't tell me what needs fixing. Reading it for the tenth time I can't see anything that I could be breaking. Keep in mind that the site is compliant enough to be allowed to advertise on DDG and Yahoo, just not being indexed in Bing, which is strange, don't you think? If it was breaking rules, why do they still like to take my money?
