Youtube like adsense made a lot of people money but today you work 100x for the same money you'd make 5 years ago.

Google will take more and more with time. IMO it's a huge waste of time. Use youtube to promote other monetized traffic, not youtube itself.

Yeah, honestly, I have a client with a 5-year-old YouTube channel. He started from scratch and is currently right at 50K subs. It is an insane amount of work and money to produce content consistently and you don't deserve to be monetized if you're just ripping off other creators.

I'm on YouTube's side on this one. I know it's not very blackhat of me and I'm not one to side with YouTube...but people who succeed online are the ones willing to put in the work and do things average people won't do.

Sorry to see this. It's a sad state that Youtube has become. Back in the day, monetization was quite easy. Now it's slavery if you choose to become a content creator

Yea eventually nothing stays the same that's why it's good to have a plan B, C, and D, all the time .. cuz there that big "WHAT IF"..
