Usually it will cost you like $50/hr

For php dev I have 1 guy that is my #1 favorite. Always use him for most of my php complex project.
Creative, expert, highly quality of work, and most important he dint scam or overcharge me.
He's from Philippines, but ufortunatly he's getting busier now with lots of other company are hiring him.

Russian and Ukrain have better work quality too.
But they tend to overcharge you. Be careful.

USA and other europe country are ok too for work quality.. but man you wallet gonna get dry really fast.
Even for simple task it gonna cost you >$100

When search for freelance we are looking for

- work quality
- cheap(Russian/Ukrain/Philippines/Malaysia)
- speed
- expert - creative / problem solving
- honest
- communication / polite

 

[Bots-Scrapers]

You can easily get good devs if you talk and do your detailed discussion with right pricing. You can clearly sense how the dev will do if you talk a little him/her for a little while.
If you want underpaid devs - then it will suck.
If you do not talk -it may suck anyway.

Upwork for projects like this. But most of the agencies are far more expensive than freelancers. As for the choose the risk to find a bad agency is kinda equal to the risk to find a bad freelancer.

Not that you find some real serious developer, but at like ridiculous prices. e.g. you get to have 1 million context links for 5 to 7 bucks, or transfer a whole wix site to wordpress for 30 bucks or something

You can try Upwork or any other freelancing platform. I personally love stackoverflow and github, need do lot of digging but it's worth. There are many gems on github.

Additionally, start taking devs as knowledgeable people, and be polite. You will get more than one here.

Ya man, budget always a problem. You pitch for 250, 500 a month for first page on google, after 6 months, u not already there, ppls lose patience.

Well it's an impossible goal, but you get a million of those SEO ads daily haha. You can get a million contextual backlink for 5 to 8 bucks on fiverr though, but that's crap, you have to do a screening to weed out the trash before you index the backlinks
