Made $100 in March using Brave browser

I'm using Brave since 2 weeks on my laptop and so fair i have around ~2$, and 1,5$ on my phone. Your earnings depends mostly on country you live in, and the attention you're paying to viewing Brave ads.

This is just a bonus for me, as i only care about my privacy, blocking the ads and browsing faster. They're paying in BAT which is expected to grow constantly, so if you keep your money in that token it will be worth much more, as number of Brave users is also growing all the time. Highly recommend using that, takes a few days to get used to it but after that you don't even wanna see chrome on your eyes ;)

Sorry, but I don't buy this. Brave is my default browser for over 1 year now. I use it on all my devices (personal laptop, works laptop, and on my iPhone). I have set the numbers of ads that can be shown to the max of 5 per hour. Still, I am getting paid around $2-$3 per month. So if you claim you make $100 per month, I would love to see the screenshot from your Uphold account as proof.

Been using it for a few days and I already have $2 in the account. I can see someone making $100 with 3-4 computers. Also I don't think iOS can receive awards with Brave anymore unless you're still running on the old version.

For your information I'm using Brave browser (and its reward system) since november 2020. On my pc +smartphone + tablet.
I've earn about 40 BAT in 4 months that is quite far from your amount.
I don't understand how you do to get such amount near $100 a month.

I have actually tried tipping my own website and I sent the minimum BAT tip amount required to my own website. However, while I get a tip confirmation saying my tip successfully sent to my website, nothing changes and no BAT changes hands. So no, Brave does not allow you to tip your own website. I personally do not see the point in tipping your own websites, anyway. It is still your own BAT so tipping your own website is like adding a middle-man, imo.

Just wait for couple more days and you'll be making around 0,1$ per day. That's how it works. Brave rewards new users naturally because there's limited number of advertisers and they don't want to advertise to the same person all the time, so as a new user you're getting all the sauce in first few days.
 
I made 50$ in the span of 8 months with 1PC and mobile. You got lucky tho

That's odd because we can't get paid until we accumulate a $100. Balance here in the US.

Then nothing for months.

It might be because I live in Italy and few ads are shown for that.
As usual, for these things we are 3rd world...

You mean withdraw from uphold? Brave sends you whatever amount in BAT, no minimum.

Probably language related? Have you tried setting your locales to english and test?

Could be. Or the OS reports another language.

Check your request headers in developer console for clues.
 
not sure I understand their business model - do they run any mining in the background or only make $ from ads?
