Made $100 in March using Brave browser

Does anyone know if they still pay if you browse through a VPN? I use my works VPN and my own PIA VPN...

Edit:
Seems to be if the VPN IP has been abused maybe

I'm not sure. Sometimes when I'm on a VPN I do get an ad, but then I switch to another location(USA) and it stops giving me ads until I restart the browser. Maybe they do blacklist VPNs.

I have been using the Brave Browser since it was released on day one. The Brave browser rewards the user for viewing notifications (ads) sponsored on the Brave network. In return, you get compensated for viewing these ads. Each month, Brave then sends these rewards in the form of BAT. I currently receive my BAT via Uphold, which you can then transfer to another wallet if you wish. The Brave browser uses "Shields" to block ads on pages, and also blocks trackers, cross-site cookies, fingerprinting, and also upgrades connections to HTTPS if not secure.

The Brave browser is safe to log into your social medias. I also bank from this browser.

In addition, if you own and admin websites, you can get these websites "verified" as a Brave publisher. Users can then send tips in the form of BAT directly to a wallet from your website. Also, users may "Auto-contribute" to a website that is verified on the network.

Love this! I've been flirting with Brave for several years waiting for them to get all of the features I use for my business that I get from Chrome. All the while, I've known the evils of Google, but they do offer some cost-effective solutions and when you're doing anything online, you have to do a certain amount of bowing to the Google gods.

It will be GREAT to see what Brave does with their new search engine coming out soon. In the meantime, I installed it and noticed that it appears it is now compatible with everything I use in Chrome.

I'm super excited about that!

As someone who works online, the potential of earning by just using a browser is a no-brainer.

Chrome will soon be a memory if my initial tests with Brave go smoothly. Thanks for this post!

Made 1$ in the past 4 days, using it only on my home pc.
I think i'll just uninstall Chrome and switch to Brave for good, from what i can see it's got everything i need.
You can also just install extensions from the Chrome Web Store.

Hey can you guide me please

Just install Brave and when you open it for the first time it will guide you.
I can't remember but i think the rewards are enabled by default.

great, just what I need it to motivate

3 devices like pc, laptop, and mobile device?
do you mind sharing the best practices used to get those amounts,

thank you
1 pc, and 2 laptops. My employees use the 2 laptops and I use the PC.

nothing complicated, just set it up, after you install it. Get an uphold account and your good to go.

then simply do your usual stuff on the web. Browse, etc.

Brave browser is actually quite well known for cookie stuffings their affiliate cookies on your computer... especially the crypto websites you registered on. I caught them a few times firing their affiliate cookies and confirmed they embed their affiliate links to the browser codes on their Github repo. They didn't deny this and actually argued its fine for them to do so.

I ditched them and switched to Edge.

I've done this on a few sites I own and also have seen how easy it is to generate extra money monthly - simply by having Brave Verified Publisher setup on my sites/social profiles for those sites. Love it!

Something similar is happening to me making Blogs and Youtube videos as a Brave Creator, and https://brave.com/bat-roadmap-update-1/ has very interesting things coming in the future like Dex Aggregator

So.

Brave just sent out payments for partner websites and for viewing ads on their browser.

Turns out I made around $97 bucks across my work PCs by doing nothing. I just use Brave like it's Firefox (I don't go near Chrome with a 10 ft pole).

$15 here, $20 there, added up to around 100 bucks. It ain't much but it's completely unexpected beer money.

I wonder how much value is leaking everywhere right now. Most folks have no idea how much value Google, Facebook and Twitter take from them. Your time online is worth $$$ and most people don't get paid at all. This money goes to the big centralized corps instead of you.

Brave is paying for viewing time. So I must've spent time worth 100 bucks viewing stuff. Probably more if more people joined microcredit systems like Brave. Our time online is worth $$$ you should get rewarded for it.

The money's out there. Google and friends are taking much more than their deserved share. Once the WWW frees itself from Google and their likes and this becomes a decentralized system, everyone will make money online naturally. Because everyone's time is worth $.

We can't go on having one company leeching everyone's hard work.

Get your site verified on Brave Publishers and start receiving tips and donations too.

The WWW was born to be decentralized. I'm pretty sure the Brave model works if everyone joins up.
Yup, I had been using BRAVE and I was up to a whole $10. But of course you can't get paid unless you hit $100. and I was working on it when I had a major hard drive puke on me and I lost everything including my account information so I had to start over again. That soured me on using Brave as they still have some bugs to work out and I just stopped using it.

I use brave all the time, and I find there payouts arent that consistent and Ive only made about £25 worth which is about $45 CAD so $40USD
Ill get a payout for £1.45 for 3 months then nothing for a long while then one bigger payment of £15 or osmething like that. How did you manage $100?
Thanks
