Namecheap are quite a bit less expensive than other, and still remain more stable and come with better features.
They have good support

Been with Namecheap for more than 10 years and it's definitely worth every penny.
I've tried GoDaddy, Moniker, CrazyDomains etc... but they all suck.
The reason I like Namecheap...
- Quality, Cheap and reliable service
- Free domain privacy
- Clean and many extra features that other services charge an extra fee
- Good support

I've been with namecheap for a long time. I like them, but I like porkbun more lately because it's always cheaper.

First off namecheap support is real good when it comes to issues with domain or hosting
Second, they don't fleece you when it comes to renewal
Third, they don't confuse you with millions of discount codes, but have one dedicated page on their website with discount codes that always work
Also, some registrar's don't permit multiple accounts but namecheap do allow this and won't go throw a fit if u try to pay with same PayPal for both accounts. Porkbun did that when I tried doing registration in the clients account using my PayPal.

I just got my first issue with them and am facing the namecheap's support. I have a feeling that I'm talking to brainless bots that send the same copypasted messages without solving the actual issue. I got my my domain messed up with Registry blocking it. Solved it and got unblocked on Registry side, who are sending me to contact the Registrar to update it on their side, and for 3 days the namecheap is sending me back to the Registry. Nice little loop here. While on the Registry side I am talking to some person, the namecheap are copypasting their response wich gives me no information of what exactly is going on at all. Very frustrating experience. Maybe someone here knows how much time it takes for them to update what was happened on Registry's side? Their response was that it can take more than few hours. Yes, this is how good their support is, that I can ask this question here. Is 3 days enough to count as more than few hours? 3 weeks? 3 years maybe? I'm already reaching the point when I want to punch someone in the face repeatedly. Haven't seen so annoying online "support" in a long time.
