Domain Registrar For Blackhat Sites?

i was wondering what are some sites where you can buy domains for blackhat sites?

Meaning where no one can just contact the domain registrar via abuse email and they ban your domain?

They only can protect your information... And that is enough for you. If they don't reveal your identidy that stills great.

Just search for a DMCA free server provider that also offers domains. If they are not compliant with server complaints it's unlikely they will be with domains also. Also certain TLD are less susceptible to this, specially if they are managed by companies based on certain weird countries/areas, like Gibraltar (there are plenty, like grs.domains that manage gTLD like .accountant)
