How would you see a new marketing sub-forum differ from a regular new sub-forum?

Regular new sub-forums need a minimum number of threads/posts for them to be created. However, if providers are relatively rare for certain services and products, there may not be the minimum number of threads created.

So I was wondering what happens in those cases: apply the same rules, apply different rules, or consider those on a case-by-case basis?

PS: I was specifically thinking about media buys, ad buys and outreach for them, but then realized it was a broader question.

I do spend a little time in the BST subforums and the # of sales threads is insignificant from my bouncing around there.

I didn't see any, BassTrackerBoats. When I saw that thread asking about Advertising sub-forum, I realized we don't have any yet, and thought it may be nice to have a separate forum for ad-related products and services. Didn't know the process for creating marketplace sub-forum, so thought of asking you guys

New subforums are above my paygrade but if you had a handful of those types of sales threads that would help.
