[Help] Anyone got Spammy Backlinks like this? How did you handle it?

Hi guys.

I was just checking Ahrefs today for backlinks. I found out so many spammy viagra-related backlinks like the screenshot below:


Already disavowed most of them but since there are too many, certainly need more time exporting and selecting URLs to disavow.

I'm sure there are a lot of you might have faced similar issue as above. How do you manage to fix or to avoid that kind of 'spam attack'?

You either speak with the owner of the website to remove those backlinks.. if nothing happens.. then you have to disavow them through Google..

Good point. But from what I see, it's an automatic process as some tool or bot automatically submitted links with my domain name into auto-approve forums. Let's see if I can contact the forums' owners.
