Uploading Tik toks and Twitter videos

Anybody know if these channels are able to be monetized, i feel like i see a new channel everday just posting clips from twitter or tik tok getting stupid views. Like this one channel i follow...

It can definitely be monetized but the benefits are very little. Watch time matters a lot no matter how many thousands of videos you have on there. Plus majority of them will have copyright strikes because of the background music from Tik Tok or they end up posting a celebrity Tik Tok.
Views do rack up but Subs are low majority of the time.

(Looked into this because i had an idea a few months back about a channel but ended up dropping it due to the effort vs outcome)

They are not doing it for views/watch hours.
All they are targeting here is Subscribers. Now that youtube is highly pushing shorts videos, Subscribers are rapidly increasing as we have a subscribe button right next to a Video title. So, if you need just Subs, then this is the way right now. These subs won't be watching your videos even though being real subs but if you are into marketing then you can make it very useful.

Yeah it's alot of traffic still. I don't even see nothing in descriptions of the videos, could maybe try offer the channels some affiliate offers.

May be those channel will not get the monetization because they are uploading the duplicate content.
YouTube can easily identify the videos source .
So this will not be a good idea.
You have to upload your own videos .
