Mass Guest posting with (freelancers)

Hi I've compiled a list of 6k pages that mentioned one of my keywords.
I've noticed many dont make sense but I don't have the bandwidth to check each page.

I was thinking of hiring a freelancer or 2 to go thru each link and find (or make) contact with the blog on my behalf. The goal being to establish contact before making content.

Is this wise? Has anyone tried this with success or failure?
Is there a better way?

First, hire a Data Collector on Upwork (Best but Costly). You can also use Bot to scrape the Contact Info from the list. You will see lots of Lead Generator Bot in the market (Cheap but not Precious).

Second step: Clean up/validate the contact list. Start to send cold mail to the list, also set up a follow-up email. Try to make the email personalized as much as possible. You should use Bot/Mailer to do that because manually sending is time-consuming + costly. You will see lots of Cold Emailers Software/Bot. Know, manual email is the best method with a higher success rate but not efficient.

Final Step: When you get a reply from any of the contacts, start manual conversion for the Deal.

P.S. Guest posting reach-out success rate is very low, if you get 10-20% that is really good.

Depends on your needs and budget. Here's a few:
