How Can I unlock my facebook account

Hi all, hope you are all well.

I have had my facebook account and fanpage for years unil last year the account got locked. I have no idea why it is locked. I tried to unlocked it when it was locked at first but i couldn't never got the text message they sent ( i am in China, was it the reason?).

Is there a way i can get it back now?
