How does the relationship with the supplier work? Let's say you found a supplier for your product. Do you still order it from Aliexpress or you pay him on a weekly basis or so?

Initially from AliExpress, however, I eventually transition to a 3PL model and have alternative suppliers when ordering in greater numbers.
