Summary of Dispute:

User promised Google Ads account. Sent $225, told me I needed to add funds, user claims I need to add a lot of funds for ads to do better (an attempt to get me to send more then I wanted.)
I then send $100 to top up ad balance, says it will take an hour max, and here I am 4 days later (he blocked me on skype)

I have additionally added him on my other skype, and he prompted add me and said hey, meanwhile on my primary skype I remained blocked, and no contact for 4 days now.
What you hope to gain from this shit list:

At this point I don't think the guy has a legit service, so would like my refund, or have him banned at the very least.
