I have a website that provides digital image editing services. I don't have clients I'm looking for clients for my business. But I don't know what the exact process is. Anyone who knows this technique, how to get clients for photo editing services. Please share them with me.

I don't know how good is your tool and what potential it has. A lot depends on your vision regarding it's future.
You're talking here about a market that already has a lot of competition.
More than finding clients you need to focus on Branding first.
Check your website Optimize it with necessary schema markups like Company/Organization markup.
Unleash the Potential of social media by creating necessary pages and profiles.
YouTube videos tuts, tricks related to image editing featuring your tool.
Make use of launch platforms like Appsumo, Producthunt etc......
SEO is not going to be easy in your market but you need to focus on that too.
Your support system, roadmap and client testimonials are important keep them up to good standards.
If all this seems a lot to you just goto Producthunt or Appsumo and check some of the products that have been successful & failed in last few years.
You can learn a lot from these products.

sound advice. i hope people will realize that they need to adapt your advice based on the products/services they are selling!!!
B2C: social media will work
B2B: you will have a very hard time getting clients through social media. these users go to google to search for solutions, not social media

You can do SEO on long tail keywords for start.
Search for low volume long tail keywords and rank them on first page

This is great advice and if you can spot a question without any answers, try to get in there first. I have daily referrals for the last 1yr+ from Quora due to questions answered.
