I am not an expert, but if maybe you can try to contact youtubers/instagramers/anyotherplatform and give them access for a review.
If it's more orientated to companies and not personal use, try to contact them, maybe send them video of what your program is capable of.
"Praise" your product in facebook, reddit.

You can try following methods:

SEO - Try ranking for keyword such as Photo editing service in "your city"

Instagram- Make 1-10 targeted Instagram account and follow the followers of your competitor, follow targeted users through hashtags, follow through geolocation. with 10 Instagram accounts, you can potentially attract around 50k profile visits per month and around 10,000-20000 followers(assuming you do around 200 targeted follows per day from each account), thousands of website clicks, DMs from potential customers, etc.
