So, i searched the forum to check if this website is present already in any of the threads and luckily it was not. so, here we go:

the procedure is super easy.

1. Go to the above mentioned website. > Click 'Sign in' > 'Create an account'

2. Choose whichever sign in method seems more convenient to you

3. Pick a username

4. After that, go to 'Profile' > Edit

5. Add some bio and your website and you are all set

if web 2.0 is being your tier 1, then yes, you can use this as a backlink as a tier 2

i would never ever again use any of the sites mentioned in BHW as a tier 1 backlink.

update: i mis-read your post. i thought you meant to use this as a tier 2 link; but you meant to say use this as a web 2.0 platform for posting your content.

yeah, i checked it. doesn't look at that simple to me. Firstly, i believe there can be some degree of moderation in this website. So, you have to have some of data to plot or show if you plan on earning a link from the notebook pages. Secondly, there's some trick with the page's source code. Its a bit 'odd' that if i inspect the link from the page, i'm able to see that it's a do-follow link. But when i open the source code separately in a new tab, i cannot find the link anywhere in that page.
