anyone with methods to get these accounts on and stable? I have created many on different proxies and vpn's but they all seem to get banned im not sure if its the billing or geo locations.

Link it in paypal and verify it? I don't understand why you don't know how to add a card.

I use Paypal attached with VISA VCC to link it with my Ads account. I know all that jazz don't worry.
After some research, I found that the problem is from the used IP.

Most RDPs and VPSs have a very common figerprinting, so avoid these to create account and even if you do use a RDP / VPS, then spoof a few aspects of the RDP / VPS and never use the IPs of RDP / VPS as these are all datacenter IPs.

Spoof OS, screen resolution ..... most critical aspect is the IP, though.
