what you can't do is promote your own service this way

Thank you for informing, as I didn't know about this previously. I checked content creation in market place but most of them are not good.

There are some real good ones in there if you sift through the ones you do not think are good.
Of course I could not offer a recommendation as I am a Market Place Mod but the reason I do know there are some really good ones in there is because I am a MPM.
I could name 5 off the top of my head I would hire if I had a need and was allowed to hire them.

As you are not allowed to mention any person name, I go through some services which are authorised by you and find some quality services (based upon your words mentioned there). Will try to place orders from these services and update this post later with my opinion.

Yeah, I'm not allowed to suggest or offer what I think is best in any seller categories.
Ask the sellers for samples and decide on a couple to try out for your niche and needs.

My 2 cents:
Ask for sample. If you like the quality make the purchase. If not the same quality as samples when delivered, add them to a blacklist. I never give a seller a second chance to revise unless it's clear I did not provide enough instructions, yes sounds strict but if they can't deliver properly the first time, chances are it's going to happen again and that's a headache waiting to happen. Any good business should be double checking orders too before they are sent as part of quality assurance. If a seller can't be bothered to double check everything is good, then why should they get my custom?
Eventually you will have a list of good sellers. And by good, I mean consistently good. I used this method for link building. No more asking for refunds, no more asking for this or that after every purchase anymore.
It really avoids a headache for years to come once you have your golden list finalised.
