WordPress is the most common in our days. You can find literally a ton of tuturials on Youtube and not only.

If you have some years to invest (and the return in $$$ is almost guarantee), check The Odin Project (is free and comprehensive). I'm afraid you'll need a Mac (it can be a mac pro from 2021 - it must be functional) to complete the tutorials, but the investment is worth.

Also, don't trust those who will promote: You'll become Full Stack Developer in 3 months, if you buy this course (with 75% discount or whatever).

If you don't have basic knowledge regarding web designing, would recommend to get at least basic idea using free sources ( YouTube ), after getting a basic knowledge, you may go for paid web designing course, check the reference and reviews, choose wisely

Whatever you join courses you want to do it practically. I suggest you to go to YouTube you can get lot and lot of videos from the beginning stages. Learn from it try by our own. Whatever we learn the experience will give the best lesson. So do by yourself
