How many visits to your blog can posting 20-30 daily give you in like 6 to 8months of using Pinterest?
I am new and I want to get an idea of the daily posting to achieve certain traffic monthly from pinterest

Try to increase RDP configuration x2 if didn't work then you should talk to your RDP provider.

Do you mean change the source URL of existing pins in bulk? If so, you need software to do that...and even then it will depend on whether Pinterest attributes your pins to your accounts (i.e. if they think the image has come from another account, they won't let you change it's source URL).
If you mean bulk upload images, then just Google for Pinterest software as any of them will do that e.g. Jarvee.
