About your question how many pins I publish daily is between 20 => 30 for aged account and warmed and,
Actually my pins it's not totally fresh.

maybe jarvee can do this, but you need check i not sure
 
hire some cheap VAs for $2-3 per hour. even saw some on here offering that service. also fiverr, upwork, onlinejobs.ph - all solid places to look for this. Definitely recommend outsourcing everything you can and just sticking to the skills that only you can do. save you time and helps you scale faster
