Are certain countries restricted from accessing this forum?

I am from a tier 3 country and i cannot access this forum without using a vpn.I want to know if this is because BHW has blocked the countries or is it the ISPs in the country?

There are a few ISPs that have blocked BHW and we have no control there.

Thank you for clarifying this. I am from Pakistan and i have tried multiple ISPs and the forum is blocked on all of them so i think its blocked on a national level by the government as the governments also block Porn sites etc and the ISPs have to follow the instructions from the government.

I want to even the complaints process is lengthy and complicated however i dont think just one guy complaining to them will do anything.If there are more people here from Pakistan then maybe they can also submit complains.

It is the other way around.

BHW does not restrict access unless someone has violated the terms of service.

I don't think BHW or any other website can block the ISP's lmao. The traffic flows from ISP's to domains and not the other way around. Or maybe I'm missing something.

Pakistan happens to have blocked BHW on and off for a few years now. First it was in 2014 when PTCL did it first. The ban was lifted shortly around 2017 if but was put in again in 2020

Thanks for replying i was just tryin to find out if it was just me or everyone else was also facing issues. So i guess its the authorities banning it. Guess i will stick to using VPN.
