Currently dealing with OP in regards to withdrawing funds from a permanently terminated paypal account, i'll give my overall thoughts after the process completes. I will say despite it taking some time, OP has been very helpful in the process (despite lacking a number which i thought would make it nearly impossible.) Communication could be a few more but i understand there are busy days / times, nonetheless I would recommend them if you want someone who is patient and will find all methods to help you withdraw locked funds. Only waiting for tt to complete and receiving updates at the moment.

The delay is due to lack of phone number access. Though, we are working on it and would definitely send updates.
