I'm also trying to figure out the best statiic residential proxies. I have tested multiple of them from the BHW marketplace. They seems to claim static residential proxies but all I got was garbage and abused data center proxies.

And others, rotating residential proxies, I feel it won't work well with aws. Because everything you login the proxies will change and this will be a major red flag to Aws. Worst of all, most rotating residential proxies providers doesn't provide state/city targeting.

In my experience Dedicated Private Proxies are static and it's works fine for AWS for sure.

Did u try Mobile proxies? Of course, mobile proxy ONLY with manual ip rotation (by link or button), not auto 1-2 min rotation!
(Yes, you could find and with city targeting Mobile proxy)

Most of the Times, I use AWS RDP to create another AWS Account. I personally don't think the IP matters that much while creating an account, but it is a whole different thing while using.

When you wish to age accounts to ask for SES, Instance Limit Increase etc, I notice when the account is being logged in same IP over time it somehow has Better chances of approval. It is still a theory though.

That make sense. But is using VPN safe to use free tier accounts?
Also one thing I noticed that even if I use VPN and open up remote desktop through RDP it shows my local language in the system's language and keyboard preference.

which VPN do you use to create AWS? VPN IPs rotate everytime when you connect so having a dedicated proxy seems a good idea, lately, I tried https://proxy6.net/ their data center has been blacklisted and dead slow so AWS gets hold every time...

none, just my own Bam 4g with rotative IP

Lol you dont even need proxies for aws creation. You only need a vcc thats loaded with 5 or 10$.

aws keeps deducting small charges. I always see around 3 1$ charges and if you have enough money on it the accounts stay alive.

after i started using loaded vcc none of ly aws accounts have been banned like they used too
