[Serious ] How To Add Pagination in Wordpress without a plugin?

I am making an HTML table on WordPress with 2000 rows and I want to add pagination such that only 20 shows on each page. I don't want to use TablePress or any other plugin! How can I achieve this? I have tried 1000 different methods but nothing worked. Please Help!

I don't think this issue is worth such drama.

Checking the replies above it seems like you just have to learn little HTML, JS and CSS. You probably stumbled upon multiple working solutions already.

You can insert them into page directly (inline) or host them and then link to them.

Make sure to work in Text editor. Visual and Gutenberg will not format correctly.

I think inline method would work better for you.

You would host it as any other file on the server. Host to link to them is showed in the tutorial above.
