Yo man, relax. If you have doubt, just report the thread. The mods will go through his PMs if they feel like. He didn't ultimately do anything wrong by asking for methods for utilizing what he has.

Yet I get the news almost every week, that somebody has been caught for doing illegal stuffs and 1000 sims were recovered from his place.
There's loopholes for sure. For example, your AADHAR. If you gave your AADHAR to a print house for printing, you are risking identity theft (I am stupid enough to have done that recently. I don't blame you.). Operators such as Airtel do not require AADHAR thumb/otp verification anymore. That's a big, big vulnerability.

Dont do phone verification for others
If you really have those sim you are at gold mine, here is what you can, this will obviously cost you money to start
1- buy cheap phone to install fb twtr ig and snapchat, in india this will cost 1500 inr,
2- recahrge all sim with netpack not wifi (this will cost hell but not necessary to recahrge all) do as per your budget
3- create fake girls account on all sites said above
4- like each account from other account and do cpa offer
5- offer like service if you change 10 rupee for 10 like its 1100 rupee per sale, and you can like as many account you want as yoh have sim and can always verify.
