Start your own 4G/LTE proxy network :D, There are alot of guides in bhw how to setup a 4G network via sim. You can search the forum.

Why? They use one number multiple times. Try and buy in any country sim card for that price. I get 1 sim card for .50$ and that is cheap as fuck.
Obviously, you never bought a sim card directly from a supplier or carier.
 
If you want to monetize it some way you have to buy some hardware. And create a site like SMS pvaaa and provide the services in cheap price
 
well i need some Indian Sim cards Temporarily. i can pay i need atleast 50-100 sim cards. Active/unused

Yo man, relax. If you have doubt, just report the thread. The mods will go through his PMs if they feel like. He didn't ultimately do anything wrong by asking for methods for utilizing what he has.


On topic, make a SMS platform and sell outgoing SMSes. ;)
