Restrict bumping of old threads

I wish to propose some type of comment locking on post after sometime like we see on reddit, as people are bumping post as old as 2011 to homepage, seeing blast from past is not worthy in ever changing seo market.

If the functionality is there then this would be a good suggestion as it would help minimise these ancient threads getting bumped, also would help people avoid picking up warnings too.

It's not something we have capacity for at the moment, but it might be something we consider further down the line.

The issue would be that some threads can remain relevant even if they're old, so it could be tricky to find a way of deciding which threads deserve closing with an automated system. But there may be a way round it.
