Do not ask your clients to post reviews there for some time.
Let them be free of your reviews for some time and then ask again.
That is web platform which is privately owned and everything is up to the owner. If they want they keep your clients' review. If they do not want they simply remove (sometimes without any reason).

hello man, this is not wrong with Ip, you need to write reviews from multiple devices. if you doing fake reviews from the same device, TP remove it within 2/5 days. So stay away from the same device.

Trustpilot randomly removed reviews, even years-old genuine reviews get dropped. If you want to post reviews yourself, you have to make a setup with a good proxy, some other tools are also required.
