One thing is not clear to me: in marketplace am I allowed to post my selling links to external third party websites like accsmarket.com or my sellix.io page?
Or do I need to only post my original and unique website hosted on my domain?

You can definitely link to sellix.io page or selly.gg, etc. but probably not possible with accsmarket.com - they're banned from BHW.

I'm responding to this since it never received a closure notice back when it was posted.

If it's a place where you can list your service but not a searchable marketplace with competing services, you can link to it.
