Hey there,

So I am dealing with stripe now, they are asking questions about my services and all. I sell digital marketing stuff such as telegram member adding, instagram comments, bla bla
Does anyone have the knowledge/ can help in me getting my way through this without a ban?

It's quite simple, Fraud.
Merchant service providers are quickly having to adapt to the changing threat landscape.
They are vetting you, so identify you/company identity, verify banking and summarize the services you provide.
You don't deal with "digital marketing stuff" You never say "such as" or "like" either.
You offer: Marketing Solutions. This means you manage/offer a suite of services, instead of flagging yourself for future troubles.

Good Luck

They are doing the right thing tbh. If it was my company, I would do the same; because at the end of the day; I am the one facing the risk of losing money AND/OR getting sued.

If you see AUP of payment gateways (for example Paypal), you will find out very soon; that botting on social networks aren't exactly acceptable usage. Don't use traditional payment gateways for this. You will get banned sooner or later. The only way it makes sense is to use crypto.

Just switch for crypto once more people use it, world will be a better place. Company like stripe ask for all your details, ID card, address, even business and ban you next day. who knows where this data go and who they share with!

Your website is related to "Social media activity". It is restricted business from Stripe. You can see the full list here: https://stripe.com/restricted-businesses. Think to rebrand your website with more neutral services.
