You've quoted me 8 months apart there. Things change.

Hi Streamkite, seems like I need to do my own bot from scratch, just a question.
Is possible send streams from desktop spotify app? or just through chrome?

Not in any significant numbers.

My friend makes money streaming with spotify, but recently he tried to do some cheating with the system, and ran into issues

I have been botting on Spotify for several years now. Take downs are common. My best advice is as follows:

1. You need hundreds of songs. You really can't have too many. Always have a reserve of songs ready to go when your take down will inevitably occur.
2. You need multiple distributor accounts. These can be a mix of multiple accounts at the same distributor or one account at each of several distributors. Or a mix of the two. Don't put too many songs under each account. Try to keep them to 1-2 albums or 10-20 songs per account. This helps you stay under their radar.
3. The distributors that take a cut of your royalties, usually 10-20%, are often more lenient and will look the other way. But not always.

Take downs will happen. I've gone through several. Try and learn from each one. See what you changed or what got caught. Sometimes there is nothing to learn. You just got caught. Move on. Add more songs and keep going with a new account.

I'll gladly share as much as I can here since I can't PM yet.
Can you tell more about streaming limits per song? Than number of streamings is safe?

By SEO do you mean how to name the songs?? Sorry for the stupid question, not realy good at internet stuff. But i do have some information about this.
Yes, and also name of artist, but as i understand, for simple users is not allowed to use SEO, only for company workers

There is a no "safe" number of plays. I have seen songs be removed after a few hundred plays and others get over 1 million and are still live. Let's say you have 100 songs. Each bot is going to let you get up to 2,700 plays per day. The math gets you to 27 plays for each song each day on each bot. 1,000 songs gets about 2-3 plays a day per song. 3,000 songs and it's less than 1 play per day.

The safest way is to slowly build it out over months or years. Anything fast will get spotted immediately and you will be done.

So, the better way is not focus on one song and dont make more then about 15k streamings per song, right?

If you only have 1 song, it won't work. You will get banned very quick.
You are wrong on this, in fact very very wrong. I tried this method with one song and it worked like a charm. People usually get in trouble when they upload multiple songs or an album and the number of plays just scream fake. In other words, multiple songs having the same exact amount of plays like each song will have like 10,000 plays. Another example is you will have that one song that will have a huge amount of plays and the other songs will hardly have any at all.

And how many plays or royalties did you get? It sounds like you stopped doing it too. Why did you stop if it works great?

You can also earn money by being a curator of playlists. Seems to be easier to being a distributor lol
