Yes most of people said there account suspended after spend 10 to 50$.Nowadays Google check billing manually of every new threshold accounts.

They never check it manually. How its even possible to check manually? Billing is verified instantly between Google and banks (still its not detected if zip or name matches). The problem that people hv they use same method like always and dont test. No reviewer has access to billing info (can u imagine that lowest workers on G Ads system hv access to full financial details?).

Yes they don't get access full financial details but now they have ability to check billing instrument with different ways like pre-authorisation charge of spended amount of threshold.

U hardly get even manual review on your campaigns why would google hire people to do manual work on billings. What ever they do check billing automatic or manually but they do check billing instrument properly nowdays that why mostly people account are suspending nowdays.
