[Poll] Should we have MiddleMan / Escrow Services on BHW?

Given all the scams etc happening around, should BHW have a Middle man service or an escrow service which can hold the buyer's funds until the seller fulfil all that he promised. Even with a small fee on each transaction, that can help the forum and provide ease of mind to both parties.

Is this something we can implement in BHW 2..0?

Question - when we say "all the scams" we're not seeing these come through to the shitlist. If you get scammed via a marketplace seller on the forum the shitlist is always open to you https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/dispute-resolution.31/ This way we keep the marketplace clean for those that can deliver their services as advertised and provide a better solution for all.
