We still require a password because in order to change email or payment method, we ask you for your password again for security reasons. Plus in case your facebook ever gets blocked, you can always manually login with Email + Password. Not sure why increased security is a "bad impression" ?

how do you track if a user has downloaded the app through your site and credit the user after the download?

is there also a way to create advanced app campaigns? for example the user needs to install the app and play 10 levels to get a credit?

Approval takes 1 day, if it gets rejected, then again it takes 1 day for the edited approval, this should be fast.

Campaigns submitted during the weekend will take longer to approve, during the week will be within a few hours (during our working hours), but not sure what part of the world you live in.
