the worst part, Ustauser will talk to new users and will be very responsive until they get scammed

To be honest, this is first time I got scammed on bhw, every other time, someone will refund

how about doing a passport verification, face verification for every VIP user ?
or atleast a escrow service in BHW so that no one get scammed?

i have to tell this because I lost 76$

not sure about the first two options but the escrow system will always have a +1 from me. not sure if BHW have any plans at the moment to implement it.
