What Btc Wallet you use?

I have a ledger nano S for all my crypto needs. It is a must for those who want both ease of use and high security

Hello everyone, Hope everyone is doing great :)

So since Btc is on the rise and i was one of the lucky ones to jump on it long time ago ( even if i don't think crypto is considered as an investmen) . For me ,i use an offline wallet where i hold the big amount and blockchain i use it to buy something if needed.

So , my question to you , what wallet are you using? is it offline or just the online ones?

Note for the newbies: If you have a serious amount of btc ( 2btc+) keep them in an offline wallet and never keep them in an exchange.
U use Exodus, it's beginner-friendly and very reliable

Huobi + Paxful.

I've memorized the seed words. If the device is lost, I can just buy another one and input my seed code to get access to all of my wallets again.

That makes sense. But that being the case, the hardware device is not actually needed, and your data is still stored online somewhere then (So that the hardware device is not actually a requirement to access your Bitcoins) as such, does that not make it much the same as using an online wallet (Which are also protected by MFA and seed codes)?

I'm not trying to be pedantic here, but I just feel like a hardware wallet isn't really secure (or a viable alternative to an online wallet) unless your bitcoins are entirely reliant on that hardware device and if that were the case, my original point is that its very risky. So in summary I don't see a major benefit to hardware vs online wallets.

Coinbase Binnance LBTC and Ledger

I don't think data is stored online anywhere, since you can input your seed code completely offline. They are using BIP-32 from what I remember. Plus, at least one positive side is that you can keep all your crypto wallets together by only memorizing a single seed code.

I pay close attention to my btc payments and take care not to take too large amounts, remember these are imaginary money

Here's a password solution: get it tattooed on a part of your body that is 'hard for the public to access'...

Don't go all Tekashi 69 with your password LOL
