Video Screen Recorder

I have found a blog and there is a video that is interesting on affiliate marketing. The video plays within the webpage not like YouTube.

Does anyone know any screen record software, that will record the video and sound. Maybe enlarge the video, so i can have a copy on my computer. I worry that if the blog goes offline i wont have access to it.

Any help you can give i would be thankful for. Thank you ladies and gentlemen.

Cheers thats great advice. Problem is the pink video player to pause the video does not go away. Can this be edited out in anyway please, this is the only issue i have, as it takes up alot of the video.

There are websites which can help you download any videos from any website for free - Try googling it I don't remember the name atm.
