That is not working anymore from what I have been seeing.
You are right.. but for some it work as before. or may be they are using proxies on RDP.

The problem is that the process is not stable.

i think they blocked aws ips and update there algo for banning accounts which there algo believe an account is farmed for threshold uses .

i have not tested.i believe Gads banning threshold accounts with the help of there payment gateway team and now they hire a team to verify billing manually for new threshold account.everyone here is know gads banning the accounts frequently so it means they taken billing security very seriously .

I don`t know if they check it manually but there is stricter billing for sure. I was able make account and use whole threshold only with vcc that had at least $300 balance, I paid the threshold balance as I want to keep that account but I assume you can block the card just before threshold limit. I make accounts on old fashined AWS with privacy vccs. So in my opinion it`s not IPs case but billing case. Other account, where I used vcc with $10 balance had suspicious payment after it reached $50. Now I`m making test with $100 vcc to check if/when it`ll be banned.

I have created 8 AUD adwords account and 5 account got live today.I hope i will be use full threshold of these accounts.
