UPDATE:
The services never start to deliver. They are stuck in the 'pending' state forever.
I have placed well over 100 orders and everything was fine with SMM.NET but no longer I can recommend the services.
I also left a review here in this thread praising their services and the customer support last month. Ironically I have to say now the customer support is utter BS and they send you the copy-paste same BS answer regardless of what you have to say.
If the SMM admins are here, check orders 4331554 , 4331400 .
It has been 3 days and they are still stuck.
Services state "START TIME : INSTANT" which is a total lie.
Do not promise what you cannot deliver.
I never thought I'd have to post like this here in the same thread I talked so highly about you and how great your services and customer support are.
Everyone has a limit to their patience and I've had enough with your customer support saying the same wait 24 hours BS over and over.
For everyone's convenience, expect these exact copy-paste replies when you contact their customer support.
"You're right, there seems to be a delay with the service, I've forwarded the order to our team and it should be resolved within 0 - 24 hours, thank you for your patience. "
"I will send the order to the coder to resolve it in 0-24 hours! "
"Hello, I have forwarded your concern to the marketing department the problem should be fixed within 0-24 hours, thank you! "
"Hey there, I will send the order to the marketing team to check it out in 0-24 hours, thanks! "
I understand they try to be polite and all and they must be tired of answering tickets from a bunch of people. I've always been polite and courteous to them and never thought twice before apologizing if I did something wrong or if something was my fault.
But you have to stop throwing BS responses at customers and accept your shortcomings and get them fixed. Otherwise do not promise things you cannot deliver.
Again be extremely cautious when dealing with this service. Sadly I topped up my balance recently and will have to finish it by ordering whatever and hoping it gets delivered at least in a month.
