Quite good list but some of the claims are a little bit too generalized. The most time consuming is content creation. You don't really need to write 2000 words for every single page. If your content isn't long but helpful and makes users stick, you'll be good. If you write so much, you'll find repeating yourself. Unless you're some kind of an expert.
