Been getting VIP upgrade messages for about a month now. Paid $97 for something just a few days ago. Now, it says I am 3 days away from expiration. The account upgrades feature is very confusing. Can someone check on this for me? Thanks.

I do see that your good to go for Jr Vip until Expires: Feb 12, 2021 so there is something amiss and they can help you there.

Please raise a ticket with support (bottom of every page) and they will sort this out for you.
