To be completely honest, I have seen many of my posts hit explore page after adding verified comments to them compared to previous posts. Although, I can't say with evidence that it was due to the verified comments, but I would assume it definitely helped and played part in it.

Here would be an example of an account that started getting verified likes and saw a boost in engagement

Again, your account won't necessarily just hit explore page magically after using the service. There are many factors to consider.
